Don’t Forget This when Budgeting for Business Growth

Budgeting, forecasting, and predicting the future of your business is tough. I’m guilty of looking at my previous year’s numbers and setting a goal for growth based on how I feel combined with my dreams. While a little math & data can go a long way, the key to forecasting growth is in the operation and marketing execution. In other words, NEVER forget to address HOW you plan on actually growing sales.
